Hey friends, Linda Summers here! If you're like many of us, looking for quick and effective ways to shed those extra pounds, you're in the right place. Today, I'm sharing my 3-step formula for losing 5 pounds really fast without complicated diets. Trust me, it's simpler than you might think!
First things first, cut your carbs as low as possible. I mean breads, pasta, cereals, crackers, biscuits, waffles, pancakes, muffins, sodas, and juice. By significantly reducing your carb intake, you'll start seeing changes almost immediately!
Second, implement intermittent fasting. This means not eating unless you're truly hungry. Don't get tempted by the clock or routine β listen to your body's signals instead. It might feel challenging initially, but it works wonders.
Finally, you'll find that you can go 23 hours between meals, effectively transitioning to one meal a day. This method not only helps in weight loss but also improves your overall wellness. Try eating around 3 or 4 PM for better sleep and even more weight loss.
