A video that recently surfaced online shows a group of Zepto delivery agents confronting a customer, sparking intense discussions across social media. According to the footage, the incident began after a rider claimed that his colleague was allegedly assaulted during a routine delivery. Delivery Agents Arrive Together The video shows nearly a dozen riders, all in Zepto uniforms, traveling on their bikes to the customer’s residence. One of them explains while recording, “Guys, this is my colleague, and he was assaulted by a store owner while he was on his way to a delivery. We are going to reach the bungalow, and we will see what happens next.” Another worker adds, “That’s why we are going to his house.” Upon reaching the location, the riders can be seen questioning a man who appears to be the store owner. The group demands clarity on the alleged assault while recording the interaction. When asked about filming, a rider tells the camera, “This is all for proof. What am I doing wrong if I am recording this incident?” Customer Gives His Side The man at the scene says that the situation was a misunderstanding. He claims that the delivery agent acted as if he could not locate the address, even though it was visible, which led to frustration. He also expressed discomfort being recorded and refused to speak further while the camera was on. He added that the delivery worker’s repeated honking outside his store had annoyed him, “Dukaan ke samne khade rehkar pee, pee, pee karega toh kya karega aadmi…” Conflicting Reactions Online The clip, shared by the X handle ‘Ghar Ke Kalesh,’ quickly went viral, dividing opinions.
